A launch plan built to own one lane first.

Your new custom closet brand launches in North Metro Atlanta early next year. Google comes first, on the full budget, with the market research done before any ad goes live. Meta and landing page testing come next, once search shows what a lead costs.

NextThe ResearchWhat we learn before any ad goes live

The Research

Market research is part of the build. It runs before any ad goes live.

Three questions, answered before launch.

1DemandHow many people search for custom closets and related terms, area by area across North Metro.
2Market costsWhat clicks cost on the terms that matter, so the budget and the goal come from real numbers.
3CompetitorsWho's bidding, what they offer, what their pages and reviews say, and where there's room to win.

The research becomes the campaign structure and the goal we agree on together.

Looking for a formal market study?

If you want a formal demographic study with mapped heat zones, like the one for your flooring company, a dedicated market research firm is the right fit for that piece. We're happy to build on whatever it finds.

The goal, worked backwards.

From Google

Your job size and close rate fill two boxes. The research fills cost per lead. Together they set the goal, and the goal refines the budget. $5,000 is a starting point, and if the math says it's the wrong one, we'll say so.

"We wanna have that information before we get started with anything."Cleone, October 19 call
Before you sign

Send your average job size and close rate. We'll come back with a first read on click costs for the core terms and the cost per lead that makes the math work.

NextThe PlanGoogle first, then add as it proves out

The Plan

Each phase starts when the one before it proves out, not on a calendar.

One lane first, then the next.

Phase 0BuildResearch, tracking for forms and calls, the campaign build and the landing page. Before launch
Phase 1Google SearchThe full starting budget on one channel, about $5,000 a month to begin. First job: prove a cost per lead.At launch
Phase 2MetaRetargeting and awareness, with a real cost per lead to beat. Pairs with your customer list. When search shows a cost per lead
Phase 3Scale and convertMore spend where cost per lead holds, plus ongoing landing page testing. When cost per lead holds
The 4 Conversion Intent Buckets

Brand, competitor, general and research searches run as separate campaigns, each with its own budget and goal. Hover the play for what it does.

Want the triggers in writing?

We can write each trigger into the scope, for example "Meta starts when search holds a set cost per lead for 30 days." Some clients prefer to keep those calls informal, and that's fine too.

Why Google gets the full budget first.

$2,500 + $2,500
Split across two channels: too thin to learn on
$5,000
On one channel: it learns faster

Once search shows what a lead costs, Meta comes in with a real number to beat.

Landing pages live on your main domain.

Built for ad trafficA separate page on your main domain, made only for ads, with full tracking.
Your page works tooIf you'd rather send ads to a page you've built, we check it and set up the tracking.

We build landing pages, not full websites, so your main site stays with your web partner.

What we won't promise

  • A cost per lead before the research is done
  • Meta results before search gives them a number to beat
  • Revenue from ads alone. Close rate and install capacity count too

What we commit to

  • Research before any ad goes live
  • A new channel only when the numbers say so
  • Telling you when the math doesn't work, before you spend on it

Deliberately not in scope

  • Your main website build
  • A formal demographic market study
  • Email and SMS to your customer list

Ad spend starts at an initial $5,000 a month, refined once we set your goals together. Google management is $2,000 a month up to $20,000 in spend, then 10% of spend. Tracking for forms and calls is included. No setup fee, and fees start at kickoff, not at signature.

Meta joins in Phase 2 at $2,000 a month in management, once search shows what a lead costs. At a $5,000 starting budget, the fee is a bigger share of the budget than it will be as you scale. That's the cost of doing the research, the build and the tracking right from the start.

Tell us if this is close. We turn it into a written scope you can redline. We assign your team closer to launch, and our team schedules the kickoff once the agreement is signed.
